I joined FlexPro because
Simple… work-life balance. My research on the Company showed me that the founders created this concept because they were looking for an alternative to the time-consuming life-style that working for larger Companies many times came with; the same alternative lifestyle that I was looking for. I became tired of not being able to watch my girls dance and not being there when my wife needed an extra set of hands to pick-up the kids from an activity, help w/ dinner, or simply run an errand. I hated being pulled away from dinner for “an emergency”- whether it was a phone call or email gluing me to my mobile device. I joined FlexPro to make the change to BE PRESENT when I am with my family. #workhardplayhard
My most rewarding professional role
My most rewarding professional role was where it all began… as a Compounding Technician at Pfizer’s Brooklyn Plant- truly a case of starting from the bottom & working upwards. This role really has molded me both professionally & personally. It taught me to be hands-on & never believe that I above rolling my sleeves up to get a job done; it showed me- both directly & indirectly- not only how to lead but also how NOT to lead. It set me on a path of seeking to gain respect from not only the Company CEO but also the hard-working colleague in the cube right next to me.
My advice for someone looking to become a Consultant
For me, it comes down to two main levels for success in consulting:
1. Relationships
Consulting is a service business. It is critical to understand the needs of your Client & deliver. Build relationships with stakeholders letting them know that you are there to HELP THEM. I’ve always been big on getting to know my Clients on a more personal level; more than what they do for their Company but what are their likes/dislikes on a personal level. Try to find common interests & connect as a person. #hereforyou
2. Flexibility
As somewhat of a perfectionist, I have always been quick w/ drafts & very slow w/ finalization of deliverables. In the consulting space, life moves very quickly making the finalization of deliverables critical. Be fast, be nimble, always be ready to deliver quality product to your client.

My words to live by: Always reach for the stars. If you only get to the clouds, it’s better than never getting your feet off the ground.
Quite simply, for me, life is about dreaming crazy big, taking risks, learning from failures, being willing to put in the work that others don’t want to, and never, EVER settling. What we want will never come easy. If it did, everyone would have it. We only have one life & the door for most opportunities closes very quickly so when you get the chance, #goforit!
We may not have known about you…
My life changed in a bar… TWICE! Under some pretty uncommon circumstances, I met a girl in a bar one night. We went on a date. I knew she was the one. The rest is OUR-STORY.
Many years later, I was in a bar with a friend who mentioned this crazy obstacle race thing called Spartan. I signed up IN THE BAR &, we’ll just say, regretted it the next day. This 3-mile race kicked my butt nut also changed my life. I started running. Two-years later, I am 30 pounds leaner, run these races competitively, and just finished my first Ultra which was 30 miles of mountainous terrain with 76 obstacles in my way. #nottooshaby
My family
When I am not working or training, I try to spend as much time with my wonderful family as possible. I am surrounded by beautiful ladies- wife, Sarah & 2 young daughters, Julianna & Natalie! I love eating dinner together, going for walks as a family, snuggling together during family movie nights, watching Julianna dance or Natalie tumble.
